Describe the program at SKU and run level
High annual volume does not automatically mean one economical run. Break the program into formats, sizes, artwork versions, forecast by SKU, order or release quantity, seasonality, destinations, and inventory policy.
- For rollstock: web width, repeat, lanes, winding, roll limits, and machine details.
- For pouches: finished dimensions, features, pack-out, and filling method.
- For both: current sample or construction and approval path.
Model how the program will actually be ordered
Compare grouped production, SKU minimums, releases, stored inventory, artwork changes, and forecast variation. The commercial setup should remain workable as the mix shifts.
Boundary: The converter and equipment owner must confirm manufacturing and runnability requirements.
